Current Description: Nicole Lucas-Lee joined the Digital Finance & Business Management sector of JP Morgan Chase in May 2019. Previous to this role she was in Oversight & Controls, establishing legal and regulatory processes for customer facing content in the CCB Disclosure Program. She also has an expanded role with the PMO Office within the CCB Content Management Program with a focus on Business Project/ Program Management in the CCB Content Management Program . Prior to joining the CCB Disclosure team, Nicole was a Business Analyst in the Home Equity and Auto Funding Department of Mortgage Banking. She had spent 6 of her12 years at JPMC in the Private Investor Reporting sector where she was an Investor Reporter for Private WAMU portfolios as well as working in Private Investor Contract Compliance.

Nicole currently provides Business PM support across three workstreams in Columbus, OH within leading a system migration in Change Management for Digital, Inter-Affiliate Services, Business Intelligent Solutions, Training & Compliance reporting and leading efforts in Business Resiliency that span across the both the Digital & Finance lines of business. Her current Resiliency efforts are nationwide across the US, India, Hong Kong, and the UK. She is responsible for the End to End process of managing program compliance and maintaining the evergreen of the program,.

Previous Experience: Prior to joining JPMC in June 2009, Nicole was a Operations Coordinator in the Offsite Storage/ Procurement sector of Bath and Body Works Home Office of Limited Brands and US Bank Corp as a Personal Banker..
